This Equipment Guide details how important collectibles such as weapons, weapon mods, armor, intel, and Citadel mission items can be acquired during gameplay throughout Mass Effect 3. Many items can be found during missions while others can be purchased from the various merchants on the Citadel and a few other select locations.
This barely understood Remnant tech can be integrated into the chestplate of most combat armors. It provides the user with a powerful advantage, but always at a cost in another area. Due to the hazards of this untested technology, only Ryder may equip these mods.
This mod intends to bring some of the armors from Mass Effect 1 into Mass Effect 3. The first is Colossus, one of the single best armors available in ME1. The mods replace some of the more questionable armors in ME3 (Collector Armor, etc) with a blast from a great past.
Make sure you pay close attention to the differences between the augmentation effects when placed on a weapon versus armor. For example, an augmentation might increase your power recharge speed by 5% when placed on a weapon, but 2% when placed on a piece of gear.
